Prince George’s official pictures were finally released today! The Cambridge family posed for beautiful, natural photographs as a family (Lupo included!)
Prince George is only four weeks old, but the excitement for these pictures was driving royal watchers wild. George was born on July 22 and made his first public appearance 24-hours later. Since then, he has spent time in Bucklebury at Grandma and Grandpa Middleton’s house, his official residence at Kensington Palace and at the Cambridge’s charming farmhouse in Anglesey.
The photographs were taken by Michael Middleton, rather than the traditional seated portraits by famed photographers of the past. This break from tradition shows a softer side to the monarchy as well as the “normality” that William and Catherine strive for.

Prince George was wrapped in his G.H. Hurt & Sons super-fine merino wool christening shawl. Just like mummy, he recycled the outfit we saw on him a few weeks ago. The shawl is available for preorder for £45.00.
Kate wore a fuschia Knot Front Short Dress by Seraphine, available for $79. She accessorized with her Anoushka Pearl Drop earrings on her Kiki McDonough hoops.
Below, check out the “official portraits” from William and Kate’s childhood!
