It’s no secret that the ladies of WWKD are huge fans of instagram. WWKD has an account, as do both of our Editors (Amanda & Christine) and many of our writers. It’s a fun way to share visual inspirations and get a glimpse into someone else’s (admittedly edited) everyday life. While Kate does not have an Instagram account, the closest thing you can get is through Kensington Royal, we thought it would be fun to think about what might be on her feed based on what we know about her. (Yes, we’re getting quite desperate to see Kate again. September is almost here!)
The “What I’m Looking at Now” shot:
Everyone has at least one shot of a gorgeous skyline on their feeds. This amazing shot of the rooftops near Kensington Palace might be on Kate’s feed as she peered out of the window of KP one early morning.
The “I’m at a Wedding” shot:
As Kate attends various weddings, it would likely only be a matter of time before she shared a photo of some strikingly handsome young men in their formal attire. A shot like this one, maybe?
The “Afternoon Tea, please!” shot:
We like to think of Kate inviting her friends and family over for an afternoon tea to share a cuppa and a slice of cake. Perhaps as fabulous as the afternoon tea Mrs. YorkshireChappy served?
The “I love LK Bennett” shot:
Ok, maybe just us Kate fans would get this one, but as a loyal wearer of LK Bennett, it’s worth a guess that Kate might take to show us her new pair of shoes, like I did a few months ago.
The “Yes, I watch Polo” shot:
Kate has been spotted cheering on William countless times over the years. The colours and the majesty of the horses and the game so near and dear to her husband would undoubtedly be something she’d capture. Our writer Christina J. feels the same way about polo!
The “My Kid is Adorable” shot:
Not sure anyone can top Queen Mary’s toddler spaghetti shot, but we’re sure Cheeks & Charlie can give him a run for his money. Kate has proven herself to be a dedicated mother and surely would havs dozens (if not thousands) of photos of her children on her feed.
The “Can You Believe I’m Not a Professional Baker” shot:
Kate has been seen out shopping and cooks herself, so it’s not a big leap to guess that she’d show us some of her favourite creations, like this delicious looking pie. We’d be on our way over!
The “I love my friends” shot:
Kate has a great group of loyal, private friends that she confides in and we’re sure such a tight knit group would be something she’d be fiercely protective and proud of. While her group likely can’t pop postcards in the mail quite so easily as the rest of us for privacy concerns, we’re sure they’d show touching gestures that her friends reached out with to let her know they care!
Hope you enjoyed this little fun break from reality as much as we did!
