Emma Bridgewater, a British homewares brand favored by Kate and her friends, has released an exclusive collection in support of the Tusk Trust as part of their 2016 Charity Partnership.
Kate is said to be a fan of Emma Bridgewater, a brand that specializes in British-made classic stoneware and homewares. The Duchess of Cambridge collaborated with Emma Bridgewater and EACH to raise funds for the EACH Nook appeal. Now, it would appear she has made another connection – this time, with William’s favored patronage, Tusk.
Prince William has been Royal Patron of the Tusk Trust since 2005. Most recently, William convened a task force at Kensington Palace to support conservation efforts in Africa. He has made it clear that raising awareness, funds, and support for conservation is a major priority for him.
The Emma Bridgewater for Tusk collection was released this month and features a 1/2 pint mug, a baby mug, and a set of two 1/2 pint mugs, each ranging in price from $27 to $70. You can view the collection here.
Did Kate have a hand in this collaboration? We can’t be sure, but we wouldn’t be surprised. Either way, this collection is a fabulous way to support the Tusk Trust, while reminding yourself of the importance of this charity every time you have “a cuppa for conservation”
