The Duchess of Cambridge attended the Festival of Remembrance tonight at London’s Royal Albert Hall with the Queen and other members of the royal family.
Last year, both Kate and William attended this annual musical event to honor Britain’s fallen soldiers. Tonight, however, the Duchess appeared solo, as the Duke was in Cardiff, Wales, for the Wales vs Australia rugby match.
Other members of the royal family in attendance included the Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Andrew.
In keeping with the reverence of the occasion, Kate wore a black Catherine Walker coat and a Magid clutch, along with her traditional poppy brooch.
Remembrance events continue tomorrow with the annual Remembrance Sunday church service.
